Meet Our Team

Holly Van Gent, Registered Dental Hygienist & Clinical Supervisor

For nearly three decades, Holly has offered outstanding dental services for dentistry patients.  She has been with GID since 2013. She always takes the time to get to know patients and helps them improve their smile health. She studied dental hygiene at State Fair Community College, and she has advanced training in CPR, basic life support, local anesthesia, and nitrous oxide administration and monitoring. She also has her expanded functions dental assisting certification.

Holly has been happily married for more than thirty years. She and her husband, David, have two adult sons named Jan-Michael and DJ, as well as three grandchildren who they love to spoil named Lainey, Griffin and Gwenyth. Holly moved around a lot as a military dependent, but she considers Cincinnati, OH her hometown. She enjoys painting, doing arts and crafts, and loving on her dogs in her free time.

Amy Martin, Financial Coordinator/Assistant

Amy joined our team in 2016 but has been working in dentistry since 2013. You’ll usually see Amy at the end of your appointment. Be sure to give her a big smile—that’s what she loves most about her job. Amy is certified in both CPR and Nitrous Oxide Monitoring. She lives with her husband Wayne and their two dogs. Her adult son, Jake, lives in Crater Lake, Oregon, where he works as a fire fighter. Amy loves UTV riding, being outdoors, and repurposing “junk” into treasure.

Stephanie Fisher, Dental Assistant

Stephanie has helped patients become confident with their smiles since joining Great Impression Dental in 2019. She is originally from Marshall MO and graduated college from University of Central Missouri. She has taken several dental continuing education courses and is certified in Nitrous Oxide Monitoring. She has a daughter named Marjorie. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys reading and spending time with her family.

Kaylee Gould, Dental Assistant

Kaylee has been on our team since 2024. While she lived in over 10 different states, she is originally from Ohio. She attended Dental Assistant School in Applewood Wisconsin. Her favorite thing about being a dental assistant is meeting new people. Kaylee has five kids and loves reading and playing tennis in her spare time.

Kat Stratton, Registered Dental Hygienist

Kat has been a dental hygienist since 2014 and joined our practice in 2024. She graduated from San Joaquin Delta College in Stockton, California and the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, California. Kat loves helping people improve their health and is laser certified. She has a husband named William and a son, William Jr. Outside of the office, Kat likes sewing, painting, crafting, hiking, fishing, and camping. She volunteered with Job’s Daughters International for 25 years and earned a number of titles and accolades through the organization.

Theresa Young, Receptionist

Theresa joined our team in 2018, and hers is likely the first voice you’ll hear when you call to schedule an appointment and the first smiling face you’ll see when you walk through our doors. She loves learning all about the dental field and getting to know our patients. Before joining our team, Theresa worked in numerous professions, including auto part sales, banking, and healthcare. A Boonville native, Theresa is married to Frank, and they have three adult sons, Brandon, Ethan, and Ryan. She enjoys crafting, scrapbooking, photography, reading, and watching her husband and sons in tractor pulls.
